On your left the heirloom seed grown tomatoes and on your right the hybrid seed grown tomatoes. Hybrids were made for longer shelf life and a more appealing image although have found to have less taste and considerably lower nutritional value.
Heirloom vegetables are often richer in nutrients and antioxidants compared to hybrids.

Some studies have found 20–40% higher vitamin C and antioxidant levels—like lycopene and polyphenols—in heirloom tomatoes
One lab analysis reported a hybrid tomato having 63% less calcium, 29% less magnesium, and 72% less vitamin C than an heirloom variety, alongside half the lycopene and polyphenols.
If you grow your own fruit and veg, you can purchase Heirloom seeds, they are not as reliable and not as pretty as the hybrids you see in the supermarket but they taste so much better and can have up to twice the nutritional value!
