đŸ’©Â Poop Every Day Like a Pro!

ree

I’ve had a very toxic relationship with my bowel movements. Sorry to be graphic — but hey, we’re all friends here, and this is a safe space.

Sometimes I would go days, even over a week, without going. This is awful for your body. Somebody once said that when your constipated it gives you “shitty ideas” — and funnily enough, there’s some truth to that!

And now, everyone’s favourite alibi: science. You may have already heard that your gut is your “second brain.” Everything that happens there affects your daily life — your mood, your energy, and even the decisions you make. Here’s why:

Your gut and brain are linked through the gut–brain axis, a two-way communication system involving nerves (especially the vagus nerve), hormones, and immune signalling. If your gut isn’t working properly (like when you’re constipated), it can send stress signals straight to your brain.

đŸš«Â Constipation Effects on the Brain

  1. Toxin buildup

    • If stool stays too long in the colon, waste products and gut-derived toxins linger. This can increase systemic inflammation, which may impair concentration and mood.

  2. Microbiome imbalance

    • Constipation often goes hand in hand with gut dysbiosis (imbalanced gut bacteria). Healthy bacteria help produce neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. When things are off balance, your mood, focus, and energy can take a hit.

  3. Nervous system stress

    • The discomfort, bloating, and abdominal pain from constipation activate your stress response. Chronic stress reduces memory, focus, and problem-solving ability.

  4. Nutrient absorption issues

    • Slow transit time can interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals (like magnesium and B vitamins) that are crucial for brain health.

🧠 The Bottom Line

Being constipated doesn’t just affect your gut — it ripples through your entire body, especially your mental clarity and mood, because digestion and brain health are deeply connected.

Now, this all sounds a bit scary — like if you eat shitty food, you end up full of shit, have shitty ideas, make shitty decisions, and end up fabricating a shitty life.

If only it were that simple! Eat spinach and kale every day and you’ll be sailing away on your private yacht in no time, right? Ha, well no. As nice as that sounds, it takes more than a handful of greens to transform your life. But hey — it’s definitely a good place to start.

🌿 My Go-To Natural Relief

Anyway, back to the topic: constipation. I just want to share a natural remedy that works almost overnight for me — about 99% of the time. And it’s super simple:

  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

  • 60 ml unrefined olive oil (preferably from a dark glass bottle)

Now, this isn’t exactly the delicious cocktail you were hoping for — but trust me, it gets easier over time. I’ve actually grown to enjoy the taste. Just throw it back, straight down the hatch. Have some water ready if you need a chaser.

Take it at night, give it a few hours, and 4–8 hours later
 you’re softly relieved. ✹

🍬 An Easier Option

If that sounds a bit too intense, you can always grab some Corelabnatural Metabolism Gummies. They taste just like sweets — and they’ll keep things moving.
